"Upon calling this agency based off of Google reviews the customer service I received was amazing. We broke down every single point of my home and auto policies. We made the decision to switch to State Farm although paying slightly more than with our old provider, we felt we were getting more out of our policy and the customer service seemed on point. Fast forward to my first auto deduction and my payment was $143 more than what I was quoted for my two vehicles! I had to call the office numerous times, get promised a call back only to not receive one on multiple occasions. Upon finally figuring out what happened (underwriters not approving the policy the way I was quoted causing increased rates) I find out the agent was notified of the issue two weeks prior to my withdrawal and failed to contact me. It had take phone call after phone call after phone call of me chasing them around for assistance. The office manager never calls back. I was finally able to speak to Ryan himself this past Monday and let me tell you what a treat he is. I have never dealt with someone more unprofessional. He is completely failing to take ownership of any of the issues within his office. This has been a horrible experience. So unless you’re ok with not getting what your quoted and a staff which can not take ownership nor help with any solutions I would take your business elsewhere."

Adding a youthful operator into the household can increase premiums and unfortunately our office has no control over the adjustments. After escalating your concerns over cost to the corporate level, it was determined everything is correct as noted in the correspondence sent to you.
